Milly had previously worked in three restaurants when she appeared on season 14 of hell's kitchen. Though she made numerous errors while competing, she persevered and eventually earned the title of best cook - going on to become both a private chef and offer cooking classes!
At the team challenge, chefs were divided into men's and women's teams to prepare a signature dish using ingredients provided. Ramsay approved of several dishes created by each team; Milly excelled on her team while Randy struggled due to Sarah and T's slow service and an undercooked, burnt burger from Sarah. The women fared much better.
Milly and Giovanni competed in the Wood Plank Cooking Challenge by creating a hickory-smoked salmon dish with brandy glaze, but were criticised for the concept, ultimately losing to Elise who made her own version with grill-hickory-glazed salmon.
Milly was somewhat nervous before her last dinner service of this episode, when paired with Robyn on the meat station and they both struggled. Even with such a difficult night, Milly did not wish for either Robyn or Benjamin to leave so asked that their names be considered during deliberation for elimination.
